To promote football and help young children develop an interest in the sport from an early age, our academy offers a Parent-Child Football Class designed specifically for children aged 1 to 3. The programme encourages parents and children to participate together, strengthening emotional bonds while helping children learn fundamental football skills and motor coordination through play‑based activities.

Ages 3 to 4 mark an important introductory stage when children begin developing interest in football. Our “Football Discovery Class” is designed to introduce young children to the sport through simple and enjoyable basic movements and concepts, while also nurturing their sense of teamwork during activities. With the core approach of “learning through play and enjoying while learning,” the course incorporates interactive and engaging group games, allowing children to experience the fun and charm of football from an early age.

Our school has a long history of developing girls’ football and is one of the early pioneers in promoting women’s football in Hong Kong.

The establishment of our “Girls’ Class” aims to provide every young girl who loves football with structured and consistent training, enabling them to confidently showcase their abilities. In our classes, every girl is the star. We are committed to creating a supportive and positive environment where they can express themselves boldly on the field and grow with greater confidence in everyday life.

In addition to enhancing students’ football skills, this course places strong emphasis on overall physical development. Through structured physical training, we help children improve their speed, endurance, and explosive power, building a solid foundation for competitive performance. At the same time, match-based experiences are incorporated into the lessons, allowing students to learn through real‑game situations, feel the rhythm, intensity, and excitement of football, and ultimately elevate their on‑field performance in a comprehensive way.
