AC Milan Academy Hong Kong
Our academy was established in Hong Kong in 2009, and in 2025 we formed a partnership with the renowned Italian football club AC Milan, obtaining authorization to establish the AC Milan Academy Hong Kong. We uphold AC Milan’s football philosophy and use football as a medium to encourage children and young people to actively participate in sports and community service. Throughout training, we aim to cultivate positive values such as fairness, respect, discipline, and team spirit.
In terms of player development, the Academy has established a comprehensive youth system for both boys and girls. For boys, in addition to multiple youth teams under the age of 18, the Academy collaborates with local First Division clubs to provide opportunities for players aged 18 and above to compete at the top level of local football. Since the establishment of our academy, several of our players have progressed to become professional footballers and have subsequently represented the Hong Kong, China Representative Team. For girls, the Academy has formed an adult women’s team competing in the Jockey Club Women's Football League (First Division) under the name TSL FC, allowing female players aged 18 and above to showcase their abilities in the highest tier of local women’s football. Some players have even been selected for the Hong Kong, China Women’s Representative Team due to their outstanding performances. For students aspiring to study overseas or pursue a career in football, the Academy also offers support and guidance.
The Academy places great emphasis on character education and professional football development. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and trusting training environment where students of all genders, backgrounds, and ethnicities can train fairly and enjoy the joy of competition. Through structured and systematic football training, we aim to teach proper techniques and knowledge, foster resilience and perseverance, and instill positive values and strong character. Students are also encouraged to participate actively in volunteer work as a way to give back to society and care for the community.
“Connecting the community through football” is one of the Academy’s core beliefs. We actively collaborate with government departments, NGOs, educational institutions, and commercial organizations, using football as a bridge to support those in need and contribute to community development through cross-sector partnerships.

Welcome to the AC Milan Academy Hong Kong family! Here, we believe football is more than a sport, it is a joyful journey where children learn, grow, and discover their strengths. Watching our students run freely on the pitch, try bravely, overcome setbacks, and celebrate small victories is truly the highlight of our work.
Inspired by AC Milan’s philosophy, we aim to create a safe, caring, and respectful environment where every child feels valued. Our coaching team combines professional training with patience, encouragement, and positivity. While improving their football skills, we also hope they learn respect, discipline, teamwork, and resilience, qualities that will benefit them far beyond the pitch.
We are equally passionate about connecting our students with the community. Through volunteer activities, we encourage them to care for others and contribute in meaningful ways. Many parents have told us how their children became more thoughtful and empathetic after participating, this is exactly the kind of growth we hope to nurture.
